NO COST TO YOU
Our services are NO COST to the family. The fees are paid by the assisted living communities. We are able to contract with most all communities/homes and refer to assisted living options based on the care they provide and your needs.
How's It Work?
Evaluate
We meet with you and evaluate the situation to help define what you want and need. This includes medical, social, and memory care needs, as well as location and budget limitations. We provide information on the type of options available.
Identify
We identify and visit assisted living communities and/or homes that fit your parameters. We conduct on-site visits to all places before referrals are made.
Advocate and Accompany
We provide you with infomraiton and visit the assisted living communities or homes with you. We advocate for your family by informing you of the differences between available options, identifying reported quality issues, and negotiating opportunities if available. We help you ask the right questions and get the information you ned to make an informed decision.
Prepare
We make sure you are prepared with the necessary documents and tests to be accepted in an assisteed living community.
Follow Up
We are any additional knowledge we may have to help with other service referrals and insurance covreage such as VA and long-term care benefits, if applicable. We also ake one more visit to your loved on after they move in.
